Ola became a Fitness Instructor and started teaching movement classes in 2008. At the same time she was a physiotherapy student at the University of Physical Education in Poland. The Pilates Method became a natural link between therapy and fitness. She quickly discovered how practising Pilates facilitates injury recovery and prevention, improves posture, and simply keeps people’s bodies healthy, strong and flexible. After talking part in several Pilates workshops in Poland and Scotland Ola eventually became a fully certified Pilates teacher by completing Smartbody’s Pilates Mat Training in 2012 and Comprehensive Equipment Training in 2013. Ola is always looking for a chance to learn and grow as a teacher. She has followed professional classes and workshops with Pilates master teachers such as Sharon Gallagher, Amit Younger, Tom McCook. She is also currently training to become a BASI qualified teacher.
What I love about Pilates most is that it’s for everyone. It really is! Yet at the same time we can tailor a very specific program depending on each client’s personal goals. So no matter if you’re suffering back pain, just had a baby or you’re a rock climber, you can always benefit from your Pilates practice. (Ola)
You will feel better after ten sessions, look better after twenty, and have a complete new body after thirty. Joseph Pilates
